Customer Success Manager

Are you ambitious and driven to be part of an international Customer Success team in a growing, Danish based SaaS company?

Bloom is assisting our client in the Copenhagen area in hiring an enthusiastic Customer Success Manager with SaaS experience. 
You’ll join a team dedicated to delivering world-class services and maximizing customer ROI. In this role, you will play a key part in driving customer adoption, building long-term relationships, and ensuring the success of a global customer portfolio.

Your responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of strategic customers, guiding them through the customer lifecycle and ensuring long-term success.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive product adoption and business value.
  • Help customers maximize the value of the solution by aligning features and capabilities with business objectives.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, building credibility with both operational and executive stakeholders.
  • Monitor customer health and adoption, identifying opportunities for improvement and growth.
  • Proactively address risks, develop mitigation plans, and collaborate internally to reduce churn.
  • Connect customers with the right resources, including training, documentation, and subject-matter experts.
  • Represent the voice of the customer by sharing feedback and insights with the Product team.

Your skills and qualifications

  • Experience in Customer Success within an international SaaS environment is preferred, and we value candidates with a proactive mindset and a strong desire to learn and grow.
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills, ideally with strategic or enterprise customers.
  • Familiarity with structured Customer Success methodologies and modern CS technologies.
  • Fluent English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Analytical, structured, and proactive, with a strong digital mindset.
  • Collaborative and customer-focused, with an interest in product development and business growth.
