Demand Generation Manager

If you are a data-driven B2B marketeer with a growth marketing mindset, this is the job for you


To our client ClickLearn in central Copenhagen, we are on the lookout for an ambitious Demand Generation Manager who can drive lead qualified traffic to a B2B SaaS website for increasing awareness and growing revenue.

You are tech-savvy, data-driven and understand what motivates a lead from top to bottom, and you are excited about creating a funnel that nurtures a lead into a sale. This will include working with paid search, display and other paid media along with ABM campaigns and various experiment to find the new paths of growth. You will work closely with the Content Specialist, Marketing Manager and CMO to effectively generate demand, capture the right leads and support their buying journey.

Your responsibilities will primarily be to

  • Take ownership of pipeline creation and meeting monthly and quarterly MQL, meeting pipeline targets in close cooperation with the CMO.
  • Support and run experiments to identify new growth paths
  • Build, execute, and optimize demand gen campaigns
  • Manage campaigns across Google Adwords, Paid Social, Display etc.
  • Build a nurturing flow of emails to warm leads
  • Strategize and execute email campaigns

The role spans across multiple disciplines, and you will have the chance to deep dive into the disciplines of the digital marketing, which interests you the most.

You will be a part of their rapidly growing digital marketing team, working to deliver world-class sales & services. The marketing, sales and customer care as well as management teams will take care of all your training requirements, and you will report directly to the Chief Digital Officer.

Your personal skills and qualities  

You have a digital-first mindset, and you are a wizard when it comes to online marketing, B2B marketing or SaaS marketing. You have +5 years of experience from a similar marketing position in tech growth company or advertising agency. Also, you could be a senior specialist who wish to use your marketing skills in a broader perspective.

You have a solid understanding of SaaS B2B marketing - and it is an extra plus if you know the e-learning industry. You are an analytical yet creative hands-on marketeer with a natural interest in data and you wish to use these insights to improve your next projects. We expect that you are fluent in English.

As a person you are curious, you love to talk to people and you challenge 'status quo'. You are efficient and take pride in meeting deadlines. Your communication skills will appeal both to C-level directors as well as to the IT specialist.

It is required that you have a relevant bachelor or master degree.

You do not see glory in working long hours, and you demand that your workday is interesting.
