About the role..
At MAN Truck & Bus you will become their local IT anchor and trusted partner, responsible for daily IT operations, applications, and user support. You will also play a key role as the contact point for MAN’s international IT organization and be involved in the rollout of group-wide IT standards and projects, as well as continuous improvement of MAN´s system landscape in close collaboration with the business and Group IT.
You will be working alongside one IT-colleague in Denmark and report to the Nordic Finance Director / IT Hub Lead for Northern Europe. You will conduct weekly visits to one of the other 7 sites in Denmark.
Your key responsibilities..
- Ensure stable IT operations and act as the first point of contact for all IT-related matters in Denmark
- Provide local support for Group applications – including Office 365, SAP, Salesforce and other business-critical tools
- Support the business with technical solutions and continuous improvements
- Coordinate and implement IT projects in close dialogue with Group IT
- Contribute to IT security, documentation, and compliance with group standards
- Provide hands-on IT support for users across the organization
- Handle local IT administration and budget tracking
We imagine you have…
- Min. 5 years experience as a System Owner/Lead position preferably in a small to mid-sized organization
- Solid experience with IT operations, user support, and application management
- Knowledge of Windows servers, networking, client devices, and cloud solutions
- Great collaboration skills – able to communicate with both technical and business stakeholders
- A structured and self-driven approach – but you also enjoy working closely with others
- Interest in IT security and a solid understanding of GDPR and ISO 27001
- Experience with IT project management and ITIL
- A Bachelors degree in IT or similar
- Strong communication skills in both Danish and English (spoken and written)
Experience with SAP and/or from the automotive or transport industry is an advantage.
