Are you a seasoned UX/Product Designer who not only masters the craft, but also thrives on mentoring and leading by example? Do you excel at bridging the gap between complex functionality and intuitive, user-centric design? Then you might be exactly who we’re looking for.
For our client ClickLearn, we are seeking a Senior UX/Product Designer to join their core design team in Copenhagen. This is a unique role for a designer who wants to take on more responsibility, act as a “player-coach” for the team, and have a direct impact on a product used by major enterprise organizations globally.
The Role
Your primary mission will be to take ownership of the UX design for new features across ClickLearns product suite, while also acting as a key driver in maturing their design processes. You will work in a dynamic environment where you are expected to balance high-paced tasks with deep, methodical project work.
Your key responsibilities will be:
- Own and evolve the design system to create a more efficient and consistent workflow between Design, Product, and Engineering
- Design and validate new, user-centric features for both their Windows and web applications, ensuring they integrate seamlessly with complex ERP and CRM systems
- Act as a mentor and ‘player-coach’ for ClickLearns other designers, helping to elevate the team’s overall skill level through sparring and feedback
- Champion a structured design process from early wireframing and prototyping to final, well-documented components ready for development
Your Profile
You are a pragmatic designer who thrives in a developer-centric culture and sees technical constraints as a creative challenge, not a roadblock.
- You have several years of professional experience as a UX or Product Designer in a SaaS company
- You have deep, practical experience with Figma, and you are an expert in building and maintaining component libraries
- You have proven experience in building or significantly contributing to a design system
- You are a strong communicator who can articulate design decisions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- You are systematic, detail-oriented, and take pride in delivering high-quality, well-documented work.
What ClickLearn Offer
- Real Impact: You will be a central part of a small, agile team and work directly with the company’s founders and leadership. Your work will have a direct and visible impact on the product.
- Autonomy and Ownership: You will have significant freedom to shape your own role, their design processes, and the future of the product’s user experience.
- A Great Culture: In ClickLearn they are a team of 60 people who have fun, take pride in their work, and value a strong work-life balance. The Copenhagen office is a social and collaborative hub.
- Growth: In a growing, management-owned company, you will have a unique opportunity to grow both professionally and personally.
