Product Marketing Manager with experience in eLearning

Our client ClickLearn in central Copenhagen are expanding their marketing team. We are now on the lookout for a creative and clever Product Marketing Manager. With your background in eLearning authoring / training material creation, you will produce meaningful, insightful content for users of enterprise software training tools. Your work will focus on educating the market, supporting the buyer journey, and showcasing the real-world value of ClickLearn.

ClickLearn is the leading provider of a Digital Adoption Solution for better documentation and user training in popular business systems. Instead of creating your own e-learning manually, you can use the simple recording tool to record all your business processes. ClickLearn will automatically generate video material, written instructions, hands-on-labs, PowerPoint slide decks, a virtual assistant as well as AI services that works directly on top of your live system.

Your primary responsibilities:

As Product Marketing Manager, you will act as a super-user of the ClickLearn eLearning solutions, enabling marketing to produce product-led content that speaks directly to Business and IT decision-makers involved in software implementation projects. You will support broader marketing goals through thought leadership, SEO content, and nurture-aligned assets. 

Summarizing, your responsibilities are to:

  • Create educational, practical content for IT decision-makers involved in software implementation and learning professionals. These could be IT leaders, ERP/CRM project owners, change management professionals or employee training managers, and the content should address
    • How to train users on new software
    • CRM adoption issues
    • ERP implementation challenges
    • Process documentation best practices
  • Build product-focused materials, including tutorials, how-to guides, best practices, and use-case content
  • Support lead nurturing campaigns and paid ads with tailored content
  • Ensure all content reflects ClickLearn’s value in enterprise software training environments
  • Contribute to long-form SEO content, webinars, email content, and educational series to strengthen ClickLearn’s brand authority
  • Drive a new video strategy focused on short-format, personal, and high-engagement content (e.g., micro-tutorials, feature highlights, use-case explainers)

 

Your daily tasks will include:

  • Create compelling content that addresses user adoption challenges in implementing new software 
  • Writing blog posts, guides, and product how-to about ClickLearn
  • Researching the value drivers in software training best practices
  • Plan, script, and produce engaging video content that supports product understanding
  • Repurpose long-form content into short clips for nurture flows and social media

You will be part of their rapidly growing digital marketing team, working to deliver world-class marketing to increase sales. The marketing, sales and customer care teams will take care of all your training requirements, and you will report directly to the Chief Marketing Officer.

Your personal skills and qualities  

You have created training materials before and therefore easily understand the challenges and needs of the ClickLearn potential user. You have a strong digital mindset, have excellent communication skills when it comes to marketing of technology to B2B. 

Also, you have some years of experience from similar Product Marketing Manager position including content creation. It would be a great plus, if you have experience with producing and/or editing professional videos.

We expect that you are fluent in English or American as everything ClickLearn communicates is in English. 

As a person you are curious, are eager to understand tech products and their markets/users, you love structure and you challenge formats. You are efficient and take pride in meeting deadlines. 
You do not see glory in working long hours, and you demand that your workday is interesting.
