ECM Consultant for fast-growing international company

For our customer, Turnpikes, we are looking for an ECM Consultant to be a part of their expert team of IT consultants with focus on OpenText Enterprise Content Management advisory.

Your key responsibilities

As a Consultant at Turnpikes you will be specialized in ECM (xECM). As a central content management platform, Extended ECM (xECM) is the hub that unites all the components of a business. A company-wide ECM is an optimal approach to enhance the availability and value of information across an enterprise. It provides a 360° view of a business and its processes by improving the connection between people and systems. The ECM system specializes in bringing together an all-around overview of a companies’ activities. This includes the different projects currently at work, as well as the individual, looking into the day-to-day work of your employees. Your key responsibilities will be:

  • Solution design and implementation
  • Maintenance and improvements
  • Cooperation and advising of customers

Together with your team you will find the best solution for your customers and help them implement the solution. You will be their advisor when they face challenges on both the technical and the functional side. It is important that you are good at putting yourself in the customer’s situation, so that you can design the best solution according to their specific needs.

As a consultant it is important to focus on the customer relations, but the daily work can be performed from one of Turnpike’s offices or your residence.  Turnpikes has at present offices in Stockholm (Sweden), Copenhagen and Aalborg (Denmark).


Your qualifications

The ideal candidate has the following:

  • Previous experience in Enterprise Content Management consulting
    • OpenText xECM & OpenText Content Server are a big plus
    • Experience from other ECM systems (Documentum, Sharepoint, etc.) is also advantageous 
  • Or, if you are willing to learn OpenText ECM solutions and you fulfill the following requirements, then Turnpikes will invest in your training
    • IT education or background
    • Previous experience with consulting role
    • Organized and structured person
    • Interested in Information Management
