To our client ClickLearn in central Copenhagen, we’re looking for a Nurturing Specialist who lives at the intersection of marketing and sales – someone who understands the power of email nurturing, automation, and buyer intent signals. In this role, you won’t be chasing leads – you’ll be crafting journeys. Your work will ensure the right message reaches the right person at the right time, warming up engaged prospects into ready-to-talk buyers.

This is a key role in ClickLearns demand engine and perfect for someone who’s passionate about lead behavior, personalization, and building scalable flows that feel anything but robotic.

ClickLearn is the leading provider of a Digital Adoption Solution for better documentation and user training in popular business systems. Instead of creating your own e-learning manually, you can use the simple recording tool to record all your business processes. ClickLearn will automatically generate video material, written instructions, hands-on-labs, PowerPoint slide decks, a virtual assistant as well as AI services that works directly on top of your live system.

Your primary responsibilities will be to:

  • Design and execute lead nurturing activities and campaigns
  • Improve MQL-to-SQL conversion rate towards demo bookings
  • Continuously optimize lead scoring models and nurturing workflows
  • Implement better use of buyer intent tools for precision targeting
  • Align messaging to buyer stages and support ABM strategies 
  • Engage high-intent leads with targeted outreach & handoff of qualified leads to sales

And your daily tasks will include:

  • Executing campaigns via marketing automation tools, retargeting, and email sequences
  • Segmenting and enriching leads to serve them the most relevant content
  • Use behavioral and firmographic data to identify buying signals
  • Collaborating with the sales team to pass on sales-ready leads with full context
  • Do outreach to hot leads and lost opportunities via email and LinkedIn
  • Test, optimize, and improve nurturing flows to increase funnel velocity
  • Help in developing the content and messaging in buyer journey 
  • Keep their CRM (Hubspot) sparkling clean and organized

You will be part of their rapidly growing digital marketing team, working to deliver world-class marketing to increase sales. The marketing, sales and customer care teams will take care of all your training requirements, and you will report directly to the Chief Marketing Officer.
 
Your personal skills and qualities  

You have a strong digital mindset and demonstrate excellent communication skills in the context of marketing technology to B2B audiences. You bring over 3 years of experience from a comparable marketing nurturing or Sales Business Development position, ideally within a SaaS technology growth company or an advertising agency specializing in IT clients.

It is vital that you have a natural interest in data and email nurturing, and you wish to use these insights to improve your future projects. 

We expect that you are fluent in English or American as everything ClickLearn communicates is in English. 

As a person you are curious, are eager to understand tech products and their markets/users, you love structure and you challenge formats. You are efficient and take pride in meeting deadlines. 
You do not see glory in working long hours, and you demand that your workday is interesting.
