For our client ClickLearn, we are looking for a strong, structured, and commercially sharp Marcom Manager for their RevOps organization.
In this role, you will be responsible for owning and driving Brand, Content & Enablement globally. This implies that you ensure a single, clear, consistent, and converting ClickLearn narrative across Sales, Partners, and Customer Success.
ClickLearn is the leading provider of user adoption solutions for business systems. Instead of creating your own e-learning and documentation manually, you can use ClickLearn’s authoring tool to record all your business processes once, and automatically generate narrated interactive videos, written instructions, hands-on-labs, PowerPoint slide decks, and a virtual assistant that work directly on top of your live system. They also offer AI-powered chat features for learners.
As their Marcom Manager, you own the overall marketing communication throughout the entire funnel – from positioning to bottom-funnel enablement – ensuring that the messaging builds trust, creates differentiation, and increases win rates in the enterprise segment.
The position reports to the Chief Commercial Officer and serves as a central key player in ClickLearns 2026+ Commercial Engine.
Your core responsibilities
As MarCom Manager, you have the overall responsibility for ClickLearn’s brand, messaging, and commercial communication globally. You will ensure a clear and differentiated narrative across markets, platforms, and teams – translating ClickLearns product strengths into tangible value for enterprise customers.
A vital focus is that you own the content strategy across the entire funnel, ensuring that marketing supports sales with sharp, relevant, and high-converting material. You will drive the ongoing development of the website, messaging, and value proposition, working closely with Sales, Customer Solutions as well as Demand & Growth to ensure alignment and impact.
You will lead the Marcom team, providing structure, momentum, and quality in all deliverables—with a focus on both speed and strategic direction. Your team is based in Copenhagen and Florida, and you will also be responsible for liaising with the agency.

Your background
We are looking for an passionated marketeer who
- Has at least six years of experience in B2B SaaS & subscription sales
- Understands the enterprise segment, SMBs, and global scaling
- Preferably has experience with ERP, CRM, or platform ecosystems
- Has worked with brand and awareness building in international markets
- Can combine structure and momentum with creative thinking
- Strong project management skills and the ability to drive complex delieries
- Thinks commercially, not just communicatively
- Is comfortable working with data
- Has management experience or natural leadership skills
