Bloom places the utmost importance on ethics and confidentiality concerning our clients and candidates, treating everyone with complete respect.As a Bloom customer, any data concerning your business is treated in a confidential manner. We do not contact client’s employees with job proposals and this principle is also adhered to for two years after cessation of our cooperation. Similarly, we do not contact candidates still employed by the company for which they were recruited by Bloom.
Once the best candidate has been employed, we make a point of following up on the new employee and his or her employer for up to six months. This dialogue ensures that both the new employee and company are satisfied and any teething difficulties with the new job are quickly dealt with. We also offer a three-month guarantee following employment.
Furthermore, it is important for us to stress that we do not disclose information about our clients or candidates without their express consent, and we fully comply with GDPR regulations regarding the handling of personal data. Read more about how we deal with confidential information.
