SaaS Implementation Specialist

For our client ClickLearn, we are searching for a talented Implementation Specialist with SaaS experience to manage the implementation phase of their advanced solution to international enterprises. You will be part of a team who is dedicated to exceeding the expectations of their global enterprise customers in this importing onboarding phase. You will contribute to necessary changes to drive success and elevate ClickLearn’s implementation phase to the next level.

The position is based at the ClickLearn office in central Copenhagen.

Instead of creating your own e-learning and documentation manually, you can use ClickLearn’s authoring tool to record all your business processes once, and automatically generate narrated interactive videos, written instructions, hands-on-labs, PowerPoint slide decks, and a virtual assistant that work directly on top of your live system. ClickLearn serves a global customer base from central Copenhagen in Denmark, Florida in the US and Ahmedabad in India. ClickLearn is entirely owned by management who you will be working directly with. Moreover, the team is having serious fun every day, seeing their product spread all over the world. The Copenhagen office currently has about 30 employees, with a total of around 60 across all locations.

Your responsibilities

  • Onboard approx. 10 new customers onto the ClickLearn platform / month — and own all customers assigned to you full-cycle within the implementation phase
  • Become a product evangelist & expert to successfully onboard the ClickLearn customer base
  • Demonstrate excellent stakeholder management to drive value with the product & solution at the customers’ end
  • Ensure all customers get their time to value within 3 months of signing (targets subject to change)
  • Close feedback loop with Product by diligently and repeatedly providing feedback from customers on the drawbacks to reach their time to value with Product within a set time-frame
  • Work closely on finding synergies with Customer Support & Success to drive higher retention & reduced churn of all ClickLearn customers
  • Put forth & raise required process improvements to contribute to a holistic end to end customer experience

You will have regularly cross-functional communication with the ClickLearn’s Sales, Customer Success & Support, and Development teams.

Your skills and qualities 

We expect you to have proven experience in implementing SaaS solutions to international customers. You have an outgoing personality with a great sense of humor and excellent communication skills, you are systematic and analytical in your approach and have a highly digital mindset and understanding.

Also, you demonstrate and convey the following customer-centric values:

  • that you are going above & beyond for ClickLearns customers at every opportunity & interaction you can: e-mail, meeting, in-person
  • a sense of urgency towards solving the customers problem & pain, in any interaction, be it e-mail, meeting or in-person
  • intention with every single interaction to build a two-way relationship with your customers that is based on the premise of believeing Clicklearn do our utmost for them — and therefore feel empowered to ask for what ClickLearn need from them — and know how to steer them in the right direction

Your English is fluent, and your vocabulary is wide and deep, your grammar is perfect as is your pronunciation.

You are a smart person, and you enjoy working with highly skilled and smart people. 
Also, you love to take part in the discussions surrounding the product, the customers and potential clients, thus setting your footprint when developing ClickLearn to greater heights.
