Motivated Business Development Manager

For our client, RHE Global, we are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Business Development Manager to help accelerate their growth as they expand across mainland Europe. RHE Gloabl is a forward-thinking software and consulting company dedicated to improving community safety and environmental health.

Your Role
As Business Development Manager, you’ll be instrumental in driving RHE Global’s expansion across mainland Europe. You’ll focus on identifying and engaging with potential clients such as social landlords, housing associations, and local authorities.
This is a dynamic role with both strategic and hands-on responsibilities. You’ll work closely with product, marketing, legal, and leadership teams to grow RHE’s footprint and deliver impactful solutions to new markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans across mainland Europe
  • Identify and build relationships with key stakeholders in housing organisations and local authorities
  • Conduct tailored product demos of The Noise App and The Housing App
  • Collaborate with product and marketing teams to feed client insights into development
  • Maintain and manage sales pipelines, CRM records, and regular reporting
  • Represent RHE Global at industry events and conferences
  • Support contract negotiations in collaboration with legal and finance teams
  • Stay current on housing sector trends and competitor activity
  • Report directly to the Director of Community Safety.

About You

  • Proven experience (2-4 years) in business development, sales, or account management, ideally within the housing sector
  • Good understanding of social housing, local authority operations, or related fields
  • Fluent in English and Danish, experience in German also desirable
  • Experience working with CRM systems and sales tracking tools
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Comfortable working remotely (with a base in Copenhagen) and travelling within mainland Europe as required.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of the Nordic and European social housing markets
  • Interest in Proptech and software solutions for housing management
  • Previous experience working in or with local authorities or social landlords
  • Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and learn complex products.
