For our client ClickLearn, we are looking for an experienced Funnel Conversion Manager to care for our many curious customer leads and increase conversion across the commercial funnel and driving MQL → SQL progression.
You will own the Customer lead lifecycle engagement, activate dormant leads, design automated journeys, and optimise campaigns to drive measurable conversion improvements. Collaboration with the entire RevOps team is essential and the team will be available for you to align signals, content and data. Lead sources include digital channels, partners and from events and conferences.
ClickLearn is a leading provider of user adoption solutions for business systems. Instead of creating your own e-learning and documentation manually, you can use ClickLearn’s authoring tool to record your business processes once and automatically generate narrated interactive videos, written instructions, hands-on labs, PowerPoint slide decks, and a virtual assistant that works directly on top of your live system. ClickLearn serves customers worldwide from offices in Copenhagen, St. Petersburg, FL (US), and Ahmedabad, India. This full-time role is based in Copenhagen and reports to the Growth Lead in the Growth and Demand team. You will work closely with the Marcom, Sales and Solutions Architect teams (RevOps) to align engagement signals and priorities.
Your key responsibilities will be to
- Own the lifecycle engagement strategy for all contacts, in cooperation with an external agency
- Increase MQL → SQL conversion across non-converted leads
- Design automated journeys to boost intent, qualification, and engagement
- Activate dormant leads and expand engagement depth
- Manage newsletters, audience segmentation, and nurturing campaigns
- Test and optimise messaging, cadence, and activation tactics
- Monitor engagement, conversion, and lifecycle progression through data and dashboards
- Collaborate across teams to align signals, content, and data governance
- Continuously optimise and test lifecycle and lead nurturing programs to improve engagement, conversion, and pipeline outcomes
Your background
We expect your experience and professional skills to include:
- Several years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, marketing automation, or RevOps
- Expertise in lead nurturing, lifecycle marketing, and conversion optimisation
- Proficiency in managing email campaigns, flows and newsletters
- Experience with paid digital advertising, with a focus on LinkedIn campaigns
- Experience with CRM platforms, preferably HubSpot, Microsoft CRM, or similar
- A proven track record of improving conversions in complex B2B buying journeys
- That you are curious by nature
Naturally, you are fluent in English, both written and spoken.
