At Miinto we use Bloom and Sara Juhl regularly when recruiting new employees, and have done that since 2012. We use Bloom when recruiting both specialists, department managers and managers at CXO level. Sara immediately understands the essence of the profile we are looking for, and works structured to present relevant candidates. Moreover, Sara is a lovely and energized person, who matches and seamlessly represents Miinto and our values.

Miinto.dk is an online fashion portal that disseminates sales from thousands of clothing and shoe shops. Consequently, we are not a traditional webshop, but rather a technology company, where constant development of our products requires access to employees with IT and commercial competencies.
