Customer Success Manager (Maternity Leave Cover)

Are you looking to kick-start your career in Customer Success within an international, fast-growing SaaS company? ClickLearn, a leading digital adoption software company, is looking for a motivated junior Customer Success Manager to join the team on a one-year fixed-term contract, covering a maternity leave.

Bloom is assisting ClickLearn in Copenhagen in hiring a junior Customer Success Manager — this role is well suited to a strong recent graduate, student worker, or someone in the early stages of a Customer Success or Account Management career. The position is for roughly 30 hours per week and is designed with flexibility to fit around a student writing their main thesis.

You’ll step into an existing portfolio of customers with full handover and support from the team, and you’ll work closely with the Customer Success team throughout the contract. The position is based in Copenhagen, Denmark, and reports to the Customer Success Lead and Chief Customer Officer (CCO), with close day-to-day collaboration with the Customer Success team.
