Implementation Consultant for a growing e-learning platform

You will drive successful implementations and lasting user adoption, building the foundation for long-term customer success

For our client ClickLearn, we are looking for an Implementation Consultant who will own the customer journey from sales handoff through the first 12 months of operational use.

You work beyond technical deployment to build the governance, champion networks, and adoption strategies that ensure ClickLearn becomes a sustained operational capability. Working across both direct and partner-led implementations, you help customers achieve real, measurable adoption.

This position is based in Copenhagen, Denmark, reporting to the Chief Customer Officer (CCO). You’ll collaborate closely with the Implementation Lead and work across the Customer Experience team including Customer Success, Support, and Enablement functions.

Your Core Responsibilities will be:
Implementation & adoption ownership

  • Own implementations from sales handoff through go-live and the first year of use across direct and partner-led customers
  • Lead discovery and kick-offs to align stakeholders, define success criteria, and set realistic timelines
  • Coordinate IT, training, and business stakeholders to ensure operational—not just technical—go-live

Adoption & sustainability

  • Establish governance models, champion networks, and change management structures before go-live
  • Build 12-month adoption roadmaps covering training, content lifecycle, and expansion opportunities
  • Design enablement and support models that drive customer self-sufficiency

Post-Go-Live & collaboration

  • Drive early adoption through usage reviews, business reviews, and proactive intervention
  • Partner with Product, Support, and Customer Success to share customer insights and ensure strong handovers
  • Identify adoption-led expansion opportunities and implementation improvements

Your background 

We expect that you have the following professional experience:

  • 3–5 years of experience in SaaS Implementation, Customer Success, or Strategic Consulting roles
  • Proven experience managing multiple implementations simultaneously (8–15 accounts) while maintaining quality and adoption outcomes
  • Background working with complex enterprise software and navigating multi-stakeholder environments
  • Demonstrated ability to influence outcomes in matrixed organizations without direct authority

Your strategic, analytical & technical capabilities

  • Fluent English, written and spoken, with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical specialists and executive stakeholders
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using adoption metrics, usage data, and engagement patterns to identify risks and design interventions
  • Comfortable balancing hands-on implementation work with strategic advisory responsibilities across customers with varying maturity levels
