Sara Juhl is director and founder of Bloom, and has more than 25 years of experience in human resource and recruitment. Before the foundation of Bloom, she was HR director in both the IT company I-Data International and the Danish engineering company Toftejorg. Prior to this, she was employed at Superfos, where she was seconded in France for a number of years. In addition, she has also worked in England, Israel, Canada and New Zealand.

Sara has a graduate diploma in Business Administration (Innovation and Organizational Change), and a diploma degree in English and French. At the same time, she has a bachelor of commerce in Human Resource Management, and in 2013 she furthermore completed a Master in Organizational Psychology at Roskilde University.

Kristine Heuser

Kristine Heuser is Senior Consultant at our office in Copenhagen. In her earlier employment as head hunter, she has recruited IT-specialists and engineers to both small and large companies. Prior to this, she has worked as team leader at Copenhagen Business School, with the responsibility of advising Danish and international clients and partners on Employer Branding and Talent Attraction. In addition she has been a career counsellor for the students as well.

Kristine has lived abroad for many years and has a Master in International Business Communications. Moreover, she is certified in the Disc profile test.

Freya Sofie Østergaard Olesen

Freya Sofie Østergaard Olesen is a senior consultant at our Copenhagen office. She has a solid background from several innovative startup companies, where she has gained broad experience in HR, recruitment, and IT projects.

Freya has lived and worked in several European countries as well as in the USA, and she speaks Spanish on a daily basis.

She holds a master’s degree in Psychology and Communication from Roskilde University and has also completed courses in HR and management, coaching, and project management. She is also certified in DISC profiles.

Sandra Krossdal Bøg is Communication Assistant at our office in Copenhagen. She holds a bachelors degree in Intercultural Market Communication, and graduated from Copenhagen Business School in 2020 as Cand.soc. in Strategic Design and Entrepreneurship. Through her studies she has gained great knowledge of communicative theories, strategies and tools, and how to adjust communication to target groups.

In 2017 Sandra studied one semester abroad at Universidad Nacional de San Martín in Buenos Aires. Here, she gained competences in the field of Corporate Social Responsibility Management.

Frederik Palm Retslov

Frederik Palm Retslov holds the role of Research Specialist at our Copenhagen office. He is concurrently pursuing his master’s degree in Communication & IT at the University of Copenhagen, currently in the 1st semester. His academic focus centers on gaining valuable insights into the implementation and utilization of IT systems within organizational settings.

In conjunction with his ongoing master’s program, Frederik possesses a bachelor’s degree in Information Studies, with a specialization in Information & IT. This specialization has equipped him with a versatile skill set, encompassing technological design, as well as proficient abilities in information retrieval and organization.

Dorte Pape is Manager at our office in Aarhus. She has been working as HR Manager at Inu:IT A/S in Nuuk, Greenland, and has many years of experience with export sales, particularly from being Internal Sales Responsible and Area Sale Manager in prior employments.

Dorte is primarily educated at the Danish School of Export (Den Danske Eksportskole) in Herning, and has a graduate diploma in Organization and Management. She is currently in the process of becoming an ID life coach at ID Academy v/ Ole Vadum Dal.
